Disclaimer:
The illustrated disc flight line is based on the manufacturer
field testing results, during its development process. So,
to level the playing field we chose to put a different spin on
things for such visual illustrations. Sticking to the manufacturer's test results will offer you a good baseline for how that
particular disc will fly.
Product Description
The Innova Halo Mirage Throw Pink Survivor disc is an understable, high glide, beaded midrange. It's going to come of your hand flat and begin turning over, then glide on that anhyzer line all the way through the flight. The stamp on this disc is part of the Survivor stamp design by Justin Lago. It's meant to represent the mental health and affects of cancer.
The flight path of the Mirage is lots of low speed turn. You don't need to rip this mid range hard to get it to flip over and glide. It's excellent for when you want something that goes the opposite way on a backhand but doesn't have the big skip finish a forehand shot would have. It's a beginner friendly disc and advanced players can create unique high glide flight shapes with it. Be it on hyzer flips, rollers, or high turnover stall shots. It's a great fun disc.
Halo star plastic from Innova is a premium blend. It's slightly more overstable than champion blend so expect less turn and more fade right away from these discs.
These discs represent more than just a great disc for throwing. The stamp really means a lot to those folks who have been affected by cancer. Throw Pink who produces these is dedicated to women's health. So you get a disc you can love throwing and feel great about supporting their cause.
