The Innova R Pro Limited Edition War Toro is an overstable approach disc with a gummy feel to it. This disc is an absolutely essential part of your approach game. It's beefy and gets down to the ground quickly. It handles the strong forehand torque you might exert on it and will still not flip over. The stamp features a horned beast, armored and armed with a large mace. This stamp gives that old school D&D Innova art vibes. It's a classic Marm o. Set.

The flight path of the Toro is going to be overstable and dumpy pretty quickly. It's that go to disc inside 150 feet when you want to be pinpoint accurate with your forehand or backhand upshots. The gummy feel from the R Pro plastic is going to give you a hint more glide and less overstability than this disc has in Star or Champion blend, but it's still a whole lot of beef. Throw the Toro flat for a straight shot with a quick fade, or throw it on a little anhyzer for a soft flex shot.

R Pro plastic from Innova is somewhere in between a baseline and premium blend of plastic. It's going to be very grippy and tacky in the hand, and on warm days a little floppy. It's excellent for absorbing the energy from the approach and dying right where you hit the ground.

Some folks like the feel of the Star Mako3 which will have a little hyzer in it. Some folks like the Champion Mako3 which will have slightly more hyzer in it and last longer before being straight and finally flipping over a bit after a number of years. The DX Mako3 is going to offer you lots of different color and weight options, along with the grip that DX plastic offers. DX plastic from Innova is a baseline blend. It's softer and more grippy (when it has nicks and dings) than Champion Mako3 or Star Mako3's. It's a little less expensive because it will wear out faster, but it's a great choice if you're not throwing this as hard as you can.

This disc is a very different handfeel than most Innova discs, it has that top like the Sonic but a bottom like a Roc.
