The Innova Champion Hawkeye is a stable, straight flying disc golf fairway driver that players of all skill levels can love. It's a great choice for those tight tunnel shots, or when you're looking for something to glide with low power. Think of the Hawkeye as a disc that's not going to move much from side to side, it's like a long straight midrange throw.
The flight path really is straight for this disc. You can throw it 175-300 feet and it's not going to have a lot of turn or fade. What sets the Hawkeye apart from other fairway drivers that offer a straight flight is that it's going to have more glide than most others. This lets you throw with slightly less power and still achieve the distance you're looking for. The Hawkeye doesn't handle the forehand very well because it's not super torque resistant, but it does take a smooth backhand for a long drive. This disc is as straight as an arrow and the only little tail of fade at the end of the flight gives you confidence that you're not going to flip it over.
Champion plastic from Innova is a premium blend that's highly durable. It's going to keep those same flight characteristics for a long time, even if you manage to hit a couple rocks and trees with your Hawkeye. Right out of the box it's going to be the most stable of any other Innova plastic. So it may fade a little more than you expect, but it will season in slowly and get that straight flight you're looking for.
The Champion Hawkeye is going to be your choice on straight shots when you need high glide and little side to side movement. It is an excellent choice for tunnel shots and anything where you need to pump a mid too hard and worry about it flipping. See why folks love the Hawkeye and what it can do for your bag. The Innova GStar Hawkeye is a high glide fairway driver. It's got lots of early turn, forward glide, and is an excellent choice for beginner players and experienced players alike. You can use it in the woods for shaping your shots or out in the open for some high glide drives.
The flight path of the Hawkeye is going to be mostly straight. It will have a little turn in the beginning of the flight but not much, and then a lot of forward glide and finally a slow fade. What makes this disc a favorite of a lot of players is that it's going to mix a straight shot with lots of glide. It's rare for a fairway driver to have so much of both, this is much like a longer Mako3 that you can throw in tunnels. The Hawkeye doesn't handle the torque of the forehand all that well, so if you do rip a sidearm with it you'll have to use plenty of touch.
GStar plastic from Innova is a little extra grippy and gummy. It's going to be slightly less stable than discs in a premium plastic blend, but this won't become an overstable beast in the cold weather like some others will. GStar tends to be flippier, so if you're looking for something you can hyzer flip soon, the GStar plastic Hawkeye is an excellent choice.
This disc is going to fly like an arrow down those tight tunnels, it's going to glide for a long time, and it's on our racks right now. So go pick out your color and weight combo and start throwing these today!

The Innova Star Hawkeye is a stable fairway driver that's designed for long straight flight. It's a great backhand or touch forehand choice. The Hawkeye kind of fits that spot in the Innova lineup between a Teebird and a Leopard3. Not too much turn, and not too much fade, it's the Goldilocks between them.
The flight path of the Hawkeye is straight with minimal turn and a little fade at the end of the flight. Because of the glide, you will want to compensate for that little extra tail of hyzer at the end of the flight. This disc was designed to fly down tunnels and get you amazing shots. It's throwable by players of all skill levels. Pros will love it for the straight shots that they can crank to about 350 feet before it gets super flippy. Amateurs will love the glide and distance while not having to rely on a disc that swings from side to side. Hyzer flip this disc and see what other angles you can make it hold.
Star plastic from Innova is a premium blend that offers lots of great grip and durability. It's affordable, what the pros throw on the Disc Golf Pro Tour and what everyone on your local course loves to throw too.
The Innova Star Hawkeye has predictability when it's flying. You know it's going to be straight, have a little turn, come back, and then do a gentle long fade to end up mostly in the middle. It's a great fairway driver that flies well in the open, tunnels, and anywhere you're not trying to crush for maximum distance.
