The Vanish will be straight to understable depending on the thrower and wind conditions. The Vanish’s stability profile places it near a threshold of being straight at low power or in tailwinds, and controllably understable at high power or in mild headwinds. As a 21mm class GYRO® driver, the Vanish is designed to hit a midpoint of stability between two MVP Disc Sports models, the Wave and Orbital.

The Virus is Axiom’s easiest to throw distance driver, with a glide and responsive understability that keeps it in the air. Power throwers will be able to flex huge turnover shots with straight forward fade. Average throwers will be able to extend and shape lines using the Virus’ turn and gentle fade. Compared to the MVP lineup, the Virus resembles a worn-in Impulse.
Power throwers will find the Virus useful in tailwinds and for long hyzerflip to turnover shots. Powered-down and standstill shots benefit from the low speeds required for a straight Virus flight. Height can be manipulated with the Virus for high flexing distance lines, or low ceiling shots at smoother throwing speeds.
The Virus’ handling of low powered throws as well as clean high power throws makes it a useful complement to more stable drivers like the Insanity and Wrath.

Mayhem has a responsive straight-stable profile and plenty of speed, making it a perfect workhorse driver for many advanced and expert throwers. Like the MVP 23mm class, the Mayhem has a pronounced dome to promote distance-covering glide. Mayhem is best compared to a beat MVP Octane.
The Mayhem is part of a demanding high speed class, but its stability is softened a bit for easier straighter flights. Expert throwers will find the Mayhem ready to stand up and boom or drift over from flat, while average power throwers will be able to mash on it without fear of unmanageable turn.

The Insanity is best described as a worn-in MVP Inertia, with slightly more high-speed turn and a diminished fade. For average power throwers, the Insanity will be remarkably straight, while high power throwers can execute precise flip and turnover lines with ease. Whether you’re looking for that sweet-spot worn disc flight, or you’re looking to achieve bigger Inertia lines with less power, give Insanity a shot.
The defining characteristic of the Insanity’s flight is its slow turn and straight fade, crafted by design with softened shapes to mimic a worn Inertia. Thusly the Insanity needs less power to execute certain Inertia flights and will exhibit a bit more turn and a noticeably more neutral fade portion than the Inertia.
High power throwers will see enhanced glide and forward carry at low speeds, making it useful for a variety of low-ceiling shots and higher tailwind-riding lines. Average power throwers will see the most advantage with low height drives that gain distance and have enough stability to easily range.

The Axiom Prism Proton Pyro Disc Golf Midrange is an overstable disc that's designed to fill a gap in the bag between approach disc and overstable driver. You can rely on the Pyro for all of your 100-200 foot stable needs. The outer rim is made from proton plastic but has been modified to keep the same gyro effect that will give you more stability and distance.
When released flat the Pyro will fly straight for a short distance, maybe the first 33% of the flight before it starts to kick in the fade and begin its fade out. It will flex out when released on an anhyzer at about halfway through the flight. The Pyro isn't going to be your furthest flying disc in your bag, and probably one of your shortest flying mids. It's designed to be overstable in the wind, and to get you slightly more distance than an overstable putter. If you're having trouble with other overstable discs like the Deflector you can enjoy a little extra forward glide with the pyro.
Axiom Prism Proton Plastic is the same durable proton plastic that you know but with a little twist. It may have a little bit of a burst look, may have metallic shards in the rim, or in the flight plate, or it may be completely clear. Proton plastic works well with discs you're throwing at high speed because it doesn't matter what it hits, it will keep that overstable flight. It's the choice of many team MVP pros for discs that may hit rocks or trees, because they know each week on tour it's good to go.
The Axiom Prism Proton Pyro is overstable, it's got a little bit of glide, and it's a fantastic disc for touch shots. With its durable plastic it's a fantastic choice.
