The Axiom Fission Rhythm is an understable fairway driver that offers lots of turn and glide. This disc is a perfect choice for beginner players to get swooping S curves with lots of distance, and for those big arm players to hit a huge turnover or hyzer flip with something through the woods.

What sets the Rhythm apart from other fairway drivers from MVP and Axiom is that it's a 7 speed with great glide. You can trust this disc to flip, especially in fission plastic which tends to be a little more understable. It's a great backhand choice when you want something that you control the nose angle on. This disc will respond to how much angle you put on it. In that 200-300 foot range this will shot shape for you with early turn and a slow late fade that doesn't move much to the side.

Fission plastic from Axiom is an ultralight core plastic. It's got those micro bubbles in the plastic to give the better weight distribution to contribute to the gyro effect. But they can still keep that extra weight in the disc rim so you can get discs in any weight range.

The Axiom Fission Hex is a stable, straight flying disc golf midrange that glides to the target gracefully. Ask anyone who owns an Axiom Hex why they throw that disc all the time and they'll tell you because it goes where they want it to every time. At -1 turn and 1 fade it really doesn't stray too far to one side or the other. While we're hesitant to label any disc "point and shoot" at SDG, this disc really does do that.

The flight path of the Hex is straight. It's that disc in between 100-300 feet that holds a stable flight with very little turn and very little fade. It's a great choice for tunnel shots if you have height to let the disc glide to your target. The Axiom Hex is for amateurs, pros, it's for everyone to throw if you can reach 100 feet. The Hex will show you if you're releasing on anhyzer or hyzer because the disc really has a neutral flight and will hold those lines if you throw that way. If you're comparing it to older discs it would be like an Innova Mako3 or Discraft Buzz slightly beaten in.

Axiom Fission plastic is a great lightweight plastic for your disc. It's got that bubble technology to lighten the disc while still maintaining structural integrity. If you're not enjoying the weight of a Neutron Hex, this is an excellent substitute in your bag.

Throw them flat and straight with glide. Throw them when you need something to carry and carry down the fairway with low effort and on an angle.
